Title: A confused lord of Haven City

Descript: The current lord of Haven City wished Tar to take care of the ogres living in the mine, this puzzled Tar because he's heard that there are only tough gnolls down there nowadays ;)

Location: Haven City Castle, Mistone

Verified: Someone check this out with another character if you please.
