Title: Auction of one of the rarest of items.

There is a belt that I have come across recently on my travel. It is known as a "Black Hound Belt" I have never seen one before, but have read of them. They have an ability to aid rogues and other such types, as well as those that figure out ways to use them, in inumerous ways. It is of little use to me as I am not a roguey sort, but offer it up to the community.

Bidding will start at 50,000 true.

// stats are as follows:
lvl req. 14
+3 appraise
+3 disable trap
+3 gather information
+3 open lock
+3 pick pocket
+3 search
+3 set trap
+3 use magical device
Invisibility 1 use/day

Only usable by: Rogue, Assasin, Mistone Alliance Scout, and Shadow Dancer... and of course those with use magical device skill
