A masked brawny man was seen with the company of a partly clad, petite black haired woman in Hempstead.
After a short conversation by the fountain the two headed out to the pond, far from the guards view, but close to the roads for another brief conversation that ended with the man holding his sword up and slicing his own right arm off!
The woman disappeared as quickly as she came, the severed arm safely held in her small pale hands.
The man stumbled back into town, his sole surviving hand holding the bleeding stump.

*Overhearing the tale in the One-Eyed Harpy G'ork struggles to hold what he is drinking, and spits out his ale over a man sat on the table to his side, G'ork then begins laughing even more.
Barely able to contain himself he grabs his axe, finishing his drink, and picks up his pack, still laughing as he walks out the door.*
Soon sign going to say 'Insane peoples not welcome' toos.
