when i tried to log on i got this?

what is it?

do i need a patch?

do i simply need to change the voice or something?

It's a separate download that's not part of the HAK files.  You can find it in the Downloads (http://forums.layonara.com/local_links.php?catid=3) section under the Layonara TLK File download.
