I can provide both the rings you ask about. The ring of the second circle I sell for 5000 Trues, and the ring of the third circle lists at 12000 Trues.  Seek me out at the Twin Dragon Inn. I do however need some supplies so a deal might be arranged for what I need that would benefit us both.

I currently have in my possession the required jewelry for enchanting a first and second circle variants. Apparently the third circle variant is a bit out of my league, but We will see if I shall buy one in advance.

I have spoken to a person about enchanting the rings, and will likely receive a better deal from there. Sorry for taking people's time by not updating this poster.
