Quick Question:

With planar binding with a Neutral caster, dedicated to Corath through the censor of arcane devotion, will it summon a succubus, or a slaad?

It will summon a slaadi. The planar binding spells haven't been changed to acknowledge the caster's deity.

Planar Binding does not follow deity settings.  It is a more direct calling of specific creatures, and so follows alignment.
