Tariana Poetr, formerly Tariana, has been experiencing some oddities. As I was absent from game for a few months and after my return the first happenings were trivial, I ignored them. To start, her bank chest was emptied, not her account just her chest. As I didn't have any record of what was in there, except a somewhat shoddy memory, it made little difference. Next came the missing ox. I had the ox camped in the barn outside of Hemp and had put a few things in the pack since my return. Perhaps one of those sneaky kobolds got a little curious and wandered in there for dinner. But, last week I went back to rummage through my ox pack and the ox was gone. Asked the ox merchant, but he just offered to sell her a new one. Again, nothing I was overly concerned about as it was mainly cnr in the pack.
Then, the other day while wandering a forest, she decided to refresh herself on some interesting places she had not been in a very long time. After clicking the point of interest flag, she received exp's for it, but I am certain she had already visited this particular place before. Can pm with the location if need be.
Rowana took care of the xp's in-game for me, but I was just curious if this is an effect of the name change?

Sorry for taking so long to get back to this....
The bank chest may well have been lost due the name change, as it's stored in a different database that's difficult to edit. We typically advise people to be sure their bank chests are empty before getting their names changed, but I don't know if that was done in this case or not. It is -possible- to recover the contents of the bank chests, but unfortunately it requires server down-time.
Ox information does get renamed, so the disappearance of your character's ox should not have been related to the name change at all.
On the Point of Interest question, thank you for pointing that out. That system was put in place after we had put together our process on name changes. I'll amend that so this doesn't come up with future name changes. I've also corrected the database for your character to avoid further confusion.

Thank you for the help, Dorg. And, I'm not worried about trying to recover any of the things that may have been in her bank vault. From what I can remember that she may have had in there, it was mostly cnr or minor items, so there's no need to go through the hassle.
But, thanks again for the feedback.
