Title: Quick question, just starting out

Quick question; Does Slice the Appearance Fixer offer any extra heads or just the standard NWN ones?  I was going to see what he had to offer, but for some reason he wasn't responding to talk, either by clicking or the radial menu.  Do I need special permission to change appearance?

The extra NPCs about the Eye of the Storm are non functional at this moment.  They were set in place for future planned improvements.  I would recommend you explore and read a bit about the world in the various areas and make sure you've read the rules before you step into that portal and into Layonara proper.
