Title: No Emotes On Central For Argali Trueaxe

Bug Report

Description: Emotes and verbal skill checks are not working for Argali Trueaxe on Central since at least yesterday (~27 hours ago; there have been three server restarts since then).

I have tried using the "PC Emote" widget to toggle them off and on, and also the  "/o C toggle[ _]emote*" command (all permutations).

If emotes are done using personal listeners, it would seem mine has gone off to get a better job. :)

Location: Central

Verified:

Reproducable: Tried in Orcs Watch and Fort Miritrix. DM couldn't hear my character in the Great Desert.

Does it work for you on West?  Quest server?

Is it working now that central was rebooted (due to the maintenance yesterday)?

It was the West module on the Quest server.

Working on the Central module on the Quest server.

Still not working on the Central server.

Others were having this issue too.  On a CDQ I was running yesterday, as a DM I could not see 2/3 the PC's rolls when asking them to roll a 1d100.

Trying *Rolls 1d100* didn't work, and I'm unsure about other emotes.

Today on Dissolution in Shadison's Temple, emotes weren't working either

This seems a completely random thing that sometiems happens to people.

I know Chongo had for a short while repeated problems with the listener and then they just went away at a non-particular reset.

With the Central machine reboot (http://forums.layonara.com/layonara-server/167572-central-down.html#post851742), Argali's emotes are now working.
