I will not post exactly what here, but I will post the things being dropped, if you're not aware of it, let me know:
Forest Armour +1 (almost all monsters of type)
Breastplate +1 (almost all monsters of type)
Fullplate +2 (always I'm fairly certain)
If you're not aware, PM me and I will send you one back detailing how/where.

PM me with creature names and locations. In most cases, item drops should not be "almost every"...though some exceptions exist.

Under observation, but nothing found to support this in the toolset or in-game. It's most likely some kind of mistake/error when they spawned in. I cannot yet reproduce this.

I've noticed sometimes with GM placed and/or controlled creatures that their used inventory drops randomly. Not sure if this helps in this case Dorg.

I did manage to replicate it and I have sent a PM to dorg about it and how it happens, it's kind of unique and I doubt many will work it out, however as a result of it, the normal drops are interupted.

Problem found and will be corrected shortly.

Thanks for getting onto it so fast, I know it's a bit of an obscure bug, but it'd be a shame if someone found out about it and started to use it to their advantage.

Missed this one too. Problem was related to a special attack of a summon and a fix was inserted as part of a quick-fix patch several weeks ago.
