The Dragon's Whisper is seeking to speak to witnesses of a historical event.  Not all know that the clearing of the skies, much like the darkening of them, was the result of the efforts of a disparate group of adventurers thrown together for a common cause.  If you were present in Ozlo's tree that day, seek me out.  There is urgency in this request.
