Is it possible for a 7th lvl to go on this quest? I noticed there isn't a large group attending and I'd be interested, but I'm not familiar with the starting location, or whether I am capable of reaching it, etc. If I can go, please let me know, and I'd be happy to tag along if I am wanted. Thanks in advance.

As it is stated it is suggested that you are level eight or above, but it is merely a suggestion. As for the lack of signups it is probably due to the fact that the event was posted today so people haven't seen it yet... And reaching the starting location is actually pretty easy if you have access to a portal since the third option places you directly in Arnax
