Title: Adamant I Can't Reach It

Bug Report

Description: An adamantium vein (placeable object) in the Rift is unmineable because it is unreachable (set too far back into the wall and/or is "facing" into the wall and/or the toolset repositioned it when someone pressed to redraw the shadows).

I believe it may be a reoccurrance of this bug (http://forums.layonara.com/next-update/134302-adamantium-vein-rift.html).

Location: In the Rift where all the adamantium grows...

Verified:

Reproducable: Only been there once. Perhaps others can verify.

Moved the rocks out from the walls a bit.  Fixed in the next update.
