Title: Let's Go... Shopping!

We have a big (big? huge!) materials list (http://forums.layonara.com/innocent-investigations/165722-observatory.html) to provision. With some 10467 items to accumulate, I was wondering if there was some procedure that was used in other similar circumstances to be followed to faciliate this (rather than, perhaps, the purchase of some 349 storage chests)?

The standard procedure is to ask a DM to remove the items a little now and then... and confirm the amount in some thread somewhere. :)

I'm hopeful that the response to [post=841272]this letter[/post] will answer this for us nicely.  There's also a rumor that a certain character plans to volunteer as a coordinator, and it's been opined that she's pretty good at dealing with large quantities of supplies.
