There is a trashcan next to the chest which was left previous i think , but the chests are still full .

Trash can removed, items picked up (including stuck open chest sandbags) -- Chest will reset with next server restart.  If Barion placed it, he should be able to destroy it and replace it if necessary prior to server restart.
