just out of curosity...you have to be 15th level to use mithril battleaxe....but 19 level to use mithril bullets? =/

As with everything in the "level required" system, it comes down to price.  The price that Bioware's system puts on +3 bullets must simply be higher than the price it places on a +3 battleaxe.

That's just the way it is, I'm afraid.

The mithril battleaxe may also be one of the Bioware standard items, which is not the same as our CNR mithril.  I'm assuming of course, but much confusion exists because of these, and they have much lower level requirements than our CNR mithril gear, whether armor or weapons.
