Title: lost soul strand

hello,
this is for slip.

slip lost a soul strand in the red light goblin cave while traveling with some goblins - i can get there names - and trying to meet up with lance stargazer.

this did happen a while ago - but i have been out due to back pain and surgery.

i find with losign souls when its my fault and you will i have lost a few.but i lost this one because my computer crashed. i have avt/avs anti-virus program that updates constantly .when i up dates it stalls my computer. it seem when i updated, it pulled out of the game but the game was still running. i was told by a goblin (i have name) that he saw me loose a soul.  

that is such a bummer.

now that i am recovering from surgery i plan on playing a lot more and i am wondering if i can get that soul back?

also - as usual, when slip is in a party that is stronger than her - she collects the loot for the group. unfortunately i lost all/half of their deserved loot and i have yet been able to give - return their loot to them. this is something i need to do out of respect and honor. i wonder if there i any way to get the gold and loot lost by my death returned so i can give it the team.

i need to look at my PM to get the names of the goblins i traveled with.

i feel that this is a legitamate request because i died due to a computer malfunction. i did not die because of something i did. my computer crashed. while crashing, my character some how continued to be resent on the server.

i had no control over the death of my character.

due to the computer error, i feel that i should get my soul back.

Whether or not you feel that it is a legitimate request, we ask, for the sake of fairness, that all such requests comply with the policies linked by Ycleption, above.  Have a look at them and see if your request qualifies.
