Title: client and server variations dont match

when i loged onto nwn, i was told that there was a newer version so i updated to it.

now that i am "updated" i can seem to log on.

why is that?

what can i do to get back on?

well, it seems that i did update. what do i do know? how do i un-update it so i can play?

place the downloaded downgrader into the nwn folder and run it.

Don't unzip it.  Just put it in the NWN folder.  If there's a glitch, and you get caught half-way inbetween, as I did, there's a website that shows up on the aborted update attempt that gives you a critical rebuild program.
