How must I properly submit a new character for successful character approval for a gamemaster / administrator on here today???????, and, where are all of the required files / required haks for this server on here at please???????

Instructions for Character submission can be found in all the stickied threads in the Character Submission (http://forums.layonara.com/character-submissions) forum - or in the Character Submission (http://lore.layonara.com/Character%20Submission) section of LORE (http://lore.layonara.com).
You can also use the Character Submission Wizard (http://forums.layonara.com/newthread.php?do=charsubmit) to further simplify the process.
As for the downloads, they're available from the "Downloads" heading under "New Players" in the bar at the top of the forums.

I'd also suggest you look at a few approved submissions in Recent Approvals (http://forums.layonara.com/recent-approvals) to get a feel for what we look for in a biography.
