Due to concerns raised by a player and the need to look into a few things , coupled with events and people involved being in widely varing timezones, I have decided that in all fairness to all parties that it would be best to clear up this concern before going ahead with the hearing.
I need the parties involved - those present at the initial event - to PM me please. Not those who heard such and such second hand, but those actually there on July 23. If you have a log to show me ... all the better . We can decide the best time to go forward from a discussion of these folks.

OK, those that have PM'ed me with information, as well as Muhkuman and one representative from the Angels - PM me with 3 proposed dates for the hearing - keep in mind I work 8am-6pm M-F EDT and I have to work this coming weekend ( 6pm Aug 8 to 6pm Aug 11).
From those dates I will try and work with all involved for a reasonable time.
