Title: Skin doesnt Fit

Seems when I log onto Central that it detects that I am an Aasimar then creates the skin but then says I am not high enough level to equip it.  When I look at the creature skin it says its 32nd level.  Think there may be a slight problem :)

I'm aware of this one too.  Unfortunately I'm not sure yet of the fix. This can potentially affect many of the subrace skins, depending on what benefits they get.

Oddly it worked for me when I first logged in with my halfgiant.  Now, however, the skin is too high a level.

That's because I had temporarily disabled the level checks.

For everyone's benefit, this can potentially affect all custom skins, so there's no need to submit multiple reports for each variation.

Also, the property duplication factor is a known issue as well and is related to the original problem.

While my Duelist skin wouldn't equip (level requirement: 20. Which is ironic and cruel, but hilarious), I did receive a "PC Stat Item" or something of the sort - after which I got a message about Grace being on, and Precise Strike worked normally.

Skins should be working again.  If you continue to experience any extra weirdness due to them, try this:

1) Rest (if shape-shifted, shift back to "normal" form)
2) Log out
3) Log back in
4) Check again
