Title: Square wooden table deed

Describtion: (Bug 1) When you buy the deed from a furniture vendor the vendor looses the deed so you can't buy more than one.

(Bug 2) When you attempt to place the deed it just destroys the inventory item but doesn't create a table in your house

Both bugs are now fixed.
