Title: Palladin and Warhorse

I'm thinking of submitting a new char and I was wondering...

If I were to make a halfling palladin... would he be able to have a War Pony... or would he have to settle for a standard pony?

Or will he have to ask a gnome to build him an integrated ladder into his saddle to get on his Warhorse?

Yes, I made a war pony for any diminutive paladins we might acquire.
