Since the server switch I've had problems using emotes through typing e.g. *sits* etc, the silent channel doesn't work either, nor languages/roll & checks - the same for my GM commands I noticed while trying to rename an NPC I had spawned. However, I've seen other people still using them all fine.
Any ideas? Nothing my end has changed since the patch & updates for layo were released.

Try restarting your router at home. I've had people with similar problems get their issue resolved by this.

Hmm just tried that a couple of times but no change. Any other ideas? I was thinking maybe I've got a .HAK that is conflicting with the new server? Though I haven't downloaded any new ones at all.

Just had ago at re-installing NWN with no luck either. Any one have any other ideas?

When I had this problem (http://forums.layonara.com/bug-reports/166622-no-emotes-central-argali-trueaxe.html), it was fixed when the server (machine) was rebooted.

Hm, not sure when the last machine reboot was for the server itself, anyone able to check that?
Had the problem since the server switchover, so from what Dorg and Filatus have said to me, starting to think theres a possibility that it's my router that doesn't get along with the new server.

Does it happen for both West and Central or just one?
Central's running on port 5122, which may or may not matter to how you have things configured, but it might be worth checking/mentioning.

Checked and both ports are specified on my router for both west and central. Still no luck. :(
