Title: Bank Chest in Krandor stuck open

Occurrence:  The far left bank chest is stuck open.  All items have been removed and placed in another chest, this is just a heads up.

Where:  World Bank of Layonara in Krandor

Verified:  yes.  logged in and out and it was still stuck open.  Also left and re entered the bank several times.

The chest will close on the next module reset. Thanks for taking everything out.
