please tell me how to properly create and submit a successful character approval submission to play properly on the layonara server please.

As well, the first post of this page (http://forums.layonara.com/character-submissions/114377-guidelines-characters-submissions-prestige-classes-other-information.html) may be useful in your quest. A few handy tips for rapid approval are to keep things simple, at first at least. Mind the guidelines, and check out the LORE link that YCleption posted earlier; it has a great deal of world information you may find useful in writing your character's back-story. Generally speaking, standard races tend to be approved more easily than specialty races, as well.
