Title: Passage To Molten Island Closed?

Looks like Franklin, The Red Mad Sailor and his trusty sidekick, Dock "Shop" Keeper, have absconded with their latest takings to more pleasant climes after ferrying a large band of adventurers to Molten Island.

Either that, or Fisterion has eaten them.

They're limboed, and they'll surely return after a reset.  What I don't know is if they should remain as they are currently due to the quest involving Firesteep.  I'd restore them, but I'd rather hear from Harlas before I do.
