When I went to send a letter, not only could I send a letter from either Daniella's or Alatriel's accounts, but also could send a letter from Verideth or Layl Maaw's accounts... and where I do know them in rl, they are not my characters. Not sure if this applies to just my account or to others as well. Thanks!
They recently asked me to access their accounts to do some house cleaning, so is it because I accessed it on my computer?
And if that's the case... why doesn't it happen when hubby and I switch computers?

Yes it is. When lore saw that your cd key used their account it added their account to your own lore account. The team will have to physically remove their account from your lore account.
I had the same problem a few months back.
