Ive searched the threads and found lots of people talking like pirates but few actually talking 'about' pirates!
So just a quick question (well two actually); Are there lots of pirates in and around the waters of Mistone? Are they evil-humans or any sea fairing race inclined towards piracy?

As far as I know, the authorities in Hurm are battling against pirates and slave traders and have done so for quite a while now, and one Sallaron Tempest's WLDQ was related to this as well (or so I believe).
The last time I visited Karthy (Katherian) there was this slave trading compound there, not on the docks district but on the other area of the city, so at least Morholt Kingdom seems to approve of slavery, to what degree? I know not. But that is Alindor, not Mistone, West server still, though.

Thanks Chazzler, if anyone has anything else to add, will be appreiciated :)

There is pirates and there are privateers. The difference is often a grey line.
Slavery is evil in our century but was the norm in our past history. There is no reason not to think that there are societies present in Layonara that do not view slavery as a cultural norm.
Priracy is more than human cargo. It should infact make up very little of it. No reason to think that for instance the Kingdom of Sagewold would not in back rooms support the plundering of the shipping lanes of Tau'en Kingdom and vice versa. Trade goods would be far more profitable in the goodie two shoes kingdoms of Mistone than flesh to fill out farms and workhouses. ;)

*phew* that's good. I was almost worried for your safety. ;) *nudges and points at a small Toranite/Rofirenite population on the servers*

*looks at the Toranite/Rofireinite population and smiles for they don't even know in which direction to look back*
