Title: Military Donations

Hey, I was wondering if there are any militias/standing armies that might accept donations of arms and armor from a 3rd party smithy/tailor?  Since the "free world" (for lack of a better term) is aligned against the Dragon Cult and afraid of invasion, wouldn't they be looking for equipment and such they didn't have to make?

Just wondering...
