Let us decide to try Ã? reverse over the a.
How about "quotes".
How about these kind of â??quotesâ??.

This is only a test.   Had this been a real post, al hell would break loose.

I disagree.  It caused me to imagine what it would be like if the Hawaiians colonized the Pacific Northwest, which was fun.
