Title: Call Lightning Inside

I was reading the LORE page on [LORE]Call Lightning[/LORE] and there is a little note on the bottom that says "requires an outdoor, open-sky setting to function."
 
 Is it a NWN Engine Fault that It gets used indoors, or is it possible something wasn't checked off when someone made the indoor areas?  I don't really know anything about the tool set but I had thought I saw once that you had to check off a box to designate an area as "Indoors."
 
 Just thought I'd ask.  :)

Since there doesn't seem to be any reason for it, I'm removing the note from LORE.
