Title: Forum posts and PMs missing portion after '

For some reason when I post or PM it cuts the text after '

Hence if I write "it's a dark day" what it posts is "it" the rest seems to be lost. I seems to happen mainly when I copy-paste (I often write my post in word before publishing it).

It doesnt seem to always do it.

There's a known problem with the "smart quotes" that Word (and possibly other programs) often puts in to substitute for ' and ".
