Title: Lingering song and skalds

I know that extra music will mean that a skald can use his abilities more often. But will lingering song make the skald abilities last longer?

For Terrifying Bellow, Deafening Chant and Song of Exhaustion, Lingering Song will add 5 rounds to the duration.  

For Make Them Bleed, there's no extension.  

For Broken Wail, since the effect is death, a duration doesn't apply.
