Alright not a big thing, but mainly annoying.
When I bought the royal ball gown, I customized it exactly to the same design as my lesser ladies gift. Everything was going fine until I had that big virus that wiped my computer. Ever since I reinstalled everything. When I log in, the waist section of Eslar is missing. I mean there is nothing there at all. If I un equip and reequip the royal ball gown, I see the normal "naked" waist. I have to reequip the lesser ladies gift, to have the waist back, because if I equip any other clothes, that waist will show. I have tried to manually fix this by changing the waist on the customization loom, applying the change, and then changing it again to the desired design, but it still does it.

Verified: yes to a point of being annoyed.
Reproducible: yes as above.

It's because of the Appearance of the Gown. Go to a crafting station and change it and it will be fixed
Whoops, Didn't read enough of the post. It might ALSO be a 'Robe' Design. Many of them change multiple parts of an outfit. Try again

Already tried as mentioned in my initial post. To make this a bit more clear. it's no longer a gown but a pair of pants.

It's not a robe design. Don't worry. Both the lesser lady's gift and the royal ball gown, are "robes". This doesn't happens with my lesser lady's gift, that has the exact same design down to the last stitches ;). It only happens to the royal ball gown. Thanks though for the inputs.

By waist are you refering to the belt morph or the pelvis morph?
Some of the pelvis options are not available to all races or both sexes and thus appear as "empty" They can look extremely similar.
One suggestion would be a) Load your Lesser gift and cycle though the various changes until you get to a default one you recognize as unique and count the number of changes to get to it - ie 14 "nexts" to the thong.
You don't have to accept the changes
b) Load the -defective- ball gown that is supposed to have the same pelvis and apply the # of changes .. you should have the same number to get to the unique one you marked. If it is different than you indeed have a different appearance. To get the one you want, find your unique one and reverse the process to get the same model.
If it was the same it would be nice to know which morph it is . Screen shot would be nice.

Usually though, when the pelvis is not available for a certain race, you would see nothing in the pelvis, when you hit on it, or it will be the last set repeating it self until one that is available for said race comes up. This one is available though for a human. I will how ever try your method once I am done cooking my dinner.

If nothing else works, try putting it in an ox pack, loading it back on the ox then taking it off again. It might reset what's messed up, if the one you got was owned and personalized previous to you getting it.

I got it! It's because the waist is a female only thing, and it prolly won't let him change it, on account of not being a female. I'm going to try and fix it for him.
