[SIZE=18]I have sent a personal message to each one of you, but thought this may best to post a note here so each one can make it public what they would choose for us to do with the mystery mineral that ended up being an Emerald.
Do we put it up for auction and the true from it go to help with the tsunami damage on the western coast of Tilmar? (People in the party could bid on it as well)
Do we meet up and roll for it? If we roll for it I ask for it to be of your own use and not to trade or sell.
I ask for only those that were on the trip reply to please reply to this note.

We should either meet up and roll for it outright, or auction it for the gold, split the gold evenly between all of us, and let those of us who want to help the charities do so on their own coin. Let each person decide for themselves how much goes to Tilmar with their own share of the proceeds.

My vote is to sell it off for auction and either split the true or donate the sum to charity.
To further complicate matters any of our party bidding on it should be given a 10 or 20% discount. Thus making it slightly more favorable that one of ours that went on the journey be rewarded with the treasure garnered from it.

I suggest we have a private auction where only Rift Party members can bid. Highest Bidder gets the Emerald and the proceeds are split amongst the other Rift Party members evenly.

I say we auction it off to the highest bidder. Make it known up front to all bidders that thirty (30) percent of the proceeds will go strait to the victims of the Tilmar Tsunami. The remaining seventy (70) percent to be divided amongst the rift adventuring party. The above percentages obviously could be tweeked depending on party imput.

Make this easy folks. If we had know what it was at the time we would have rolled for it. So I say we roll for it with the rule that it is for personal use only.

Rolling for it is ok, but if I won I'd have no use except to sell or trade it. So I'd say auction it...or:
Let's settle it in the Arena...pick sides...5 vs. 5....sell tickets and donations made to Tilmar victims...team with last man/woman standing wins the emerald and they split it amongst them.

Besides, we send all those lvl one orphans an emerald or 100,000 true they didn't earn, then we'll all get busted for muling. Let them run around in the crypts, killing skeletons for 3gp a pop and gathering knuckles like the rest of us!

Upon reflection I agree that we should split the proceeds. Although Flynn has nothing against the Tilmar fund, he may chose another if it were his coin. Like perhaps the Tavern Relief Fund.:)

Maybe we could all meet somewhere to distribute the true and go on another trip...Probably Flynn would say Rubies...but I'm up for anything exciting (obviously a quick stop to the bank before we head out *smiles*)

I have delivered the emerald to the highest bidder. He gave 20,000 extra to go towards the aid in Tilmar. I have already donated it. Contact me for a good time to meet up with you so I may give you a share of the true.
