The wild elf page as a small error. Down under Racial Qualities, it mentions to -2 to INT, but not the +2 to CON (it does say ESA +2 Con, -2 INT though)
Current:
- Racial Qualities:
- +2 Dexterity (http://lore.layonara.com/Dexterity), -2 Intelligence (http://lore.layonara.com/Intelligence) (ESA (http://lore.layonara.com/Effective%20Stat%20Adjustment) +2 CON, -2 INT)
[/LIST]Should say:
- Racial Qualities:
- +2 Dexterity (http://lore.layonara.com/Dexterity), +2 Constitution, -2 Intelligence (http://lore.layonara.com/Intelligence) (ESA (http://lore.layonara.com/Effective%20Stat%20Adjustment) +2 CON, -2 INT)
[/LIST]

This is listed correctly.
See: [lore]Effective Stat Adjustment[/lore], which even uses wild elf to explain.
Basically, the part in the parentheses is the adjustment in game, the first part is the "net" effect: -2+2=0 (normal elf + ESA=net) which is why its not listed there.

LORE: Half Giant (http://lore.layonara.com/Half%20Giant)
LORE: Aasimar (http://lore.layonara.com/Aasimar)
These Subraces state all the Ability Modifiers they get once the system adjusts them.

Ok, let me break this down:
The line you see on wild elf: +2 Dexterity, -2 Intelligence (ESA +2 CON, -2 INT)
That reflects
race\\stat|Dex|Con|Int
Base race - Elf|+2|-2|0
(Wild elf ESA)|0|+2|-2
Wild elf "net"|+2|0|-2
The line for Half giant you see +5 Strength, +4 Constitution, -6 Intelligence, -6 Charisma (ESA +3 STR, +4 CON, -4 INT, -4 CHA)
That reflects
race\\stat|Str|Con|Int|Cha
Base race - Half Orc|+2|0|-2|0
(Half Giant ESA)|+3|+4|-4|-4
Half giant "net"|+5|+4|-6|-6
The list for Aasimar says: +2 Wisdom, +2 Charisma (ESA +2 WIS, +2 CHA)
race\\stat|Wis|Cha
Base race (human)|0|0
(Aasimar ESA)|+2|+2|
Aasimar "net"|+2|+2
So you can see its the same thing - just have to keep in mind what the base race's stats are and add the ESA (the part in the parentheses) to get the racial "net" stats.

From the [LORE]Subrace System[/LORE] page:
Starting ability score adjustments are listed in two ways. First, they show the actual adjustment as compared with the base "human" starting ability scores. Then, in parentheses, the ESA, or Effective Stat Adjustment, is listed, showing the actual changes the skin makes on top of whatever ability score modifiers the standard race already comes with. For instance, the half giant race, as compared to a human (which starts with no ability score adjustments) starts out with a +5 Strength, +4 Constitution, -6 Intelligence, -6 Charisma. However, the standard race used to create a half giant is the half orc, not a human. Half orcs, as compared with humans, start off with a +2 Strength, -2 Intelligence, and -2 Charisma. So, the ESA listed in the Half giant description states that the in-game template (skin) actually applies a +3 Strength, +4 Constitution, -4 Intelligence, and -4 Charisma. Add the ESA to the starting adjustments of the half orc and it's obvious that together they match the starting ability score adjustments for a half giant.
Which is basically what Yclep's tables illustrate.
