Title: New spells not scribable

Description: The 2 new mage/sorcerer spells (Howling Hurricane, Mass Flesh to Stone) are not on the recipe list in the Greater Scribing Stations.

 Location: Checked this in the Dorand's Hall of Hempstead

 Verified: Easy to verify by any GM I believe
 
 Reproducable: I do believe this is serverwide.
