Title: Flatbottom Weed

Description: Flatbottom weed will only give the skill bonus if you need healing.

Location: Any

Verified:

Reproducable: Yes. I tried smoking it to find out what skill it gave and got nothing. I tried after combat and got healed and skill bonus. Once I was fully healed I tried to see if I could get the skill bonus again and could not.

I did a second try after combat and got healed and skill bonus.

This should be fixed in the next update.
