I was just on lore and noticed abi was listed as having 9 tokens (SS) taken.

Shouldn't that be 8?

With her de-permed wouldnt her last strand (#10) be returned? Since the loss of strand number 10 means you've permed.

And then her plea request #2 for a strand to be restored would then set it at 8?

She is at 8.  LORE isn't a "live" representation but rather a periodic update.  If you check at a bindstone, you'll see 8, or should.  The next time LORE updates, you'll see the updated number.  I only set her there last night, and I think it was after LORE's regular update time.
