Title: Goverment.

Well.  Just seemed cool if we could have our own PC owned goverment.  This is how it works.  Players can have a title such as Treasurer,  Freeholder, King etc.
The Little things like treasurer, Freeholder, District advisor and such are 10 + lvl.
Mayor and his advisors 20+ lvl
King and all higher than that 30+ lvl

Done on a democratic base.
With all roleplaying in mind,

The closest thing to this that currently exsists is a Guild.  Within a player run guild, a group could decide to have titles, but only members of the guild would be required to honor those designations.

Not true, there are players who have achieved political positions... its not common, and its not something mechanistic that's open to everybody, but certainly becoming part of a government is achievable.
