Well.  Just wondering.  Castor wants to multiclass as a rogue.  Sure he's a basher but what you didn't know is that he can be deadly.  O.o  Just wondering what I need to do to get this.

You need to reapply with Castor's original biography submission with brief justification in the Character Submission forums.
