Let's suppose, for sake of argument, as I want to maintain a balanced view on this, but let's suppose I had a *coughs* dark elf who wanted to advance her, I mean their, skills in crafting beyond what was available in the very tolerant town of Vehl.
Where would such a person be able to go to expand their skills? For sake of argument you realise, not that I would ever have such a character.

there is a secondary craft hall in vehl near the arena, and an advance crafte hall in prantz
-
There's at least one other advanced hall on Central.
-
And on West. You should find two advanced crafthalls per server.
-
There should be one in mariners Hold as well ...

True, but I think the authorities in Mariners Hold are as Dark Elf tolerant as Hempstead ;)
-
That may be true, but there is no sign outside of the city forbidding them. And for that matter, any city except maybe Prantz is supposed to not be dark elf tolerant. Considering Vehl is the seat of a Rofireinite temple, I don't think they're exactly "tolerant" of dark elves either.
-
The Rofirein Temple in Vehl is more of a bulwark of light amidst a wretched hive of scum and villainy. So, while the Rofireins themselves may not be tolerant of dark elves, Vehl itself isn't intolerant.

Right... but my point was that even in Fort Vehl, a dark elf shouldn't just walk around like they owned the place. So, taking that normal caution in mind, a dark elf could easily use the advanced crafting hall in Mariner's Hold ;) But hey! when in doubt! Go to Prantz! ;)

Prantz is a pain because the guards get ticked off when you start casting magical buffs to craft. ;) Come already prepared or forget about your buffs.

Just my two cents hehe :P In my opinion, as far as cities are concerned, there are none that would acknowledge Dark Elves. Cities without signs aren't as spiteful as Port Hempstead but that does not mean that Dark Elves or any other monstrous race should run around carelessly. As many have said before, the world we see in game is not what it seems and there are thousands of commoners running about, they're just not visually present when in game. Wow, that was a lot :P
As for craft hall efficiency... The one in Mariner's Hold would be far more efficient considering it's short distance to a safe resting spot. :)
Just don't forget to live in fear of the common populace as well as the guards, especially when they come to life. :)

All the more reason to unseat Rael... oh wait... did I say that out loud? Yes... yes I did. :D

We could see if the church of Dorand could remove the crafting halls in Prantz and move them elsewhere. I do believe it is the church of Dorand that is responsible for it. Would be a major knock for Rael.

//Rumor has it there are full superior crafting facilities located at 151 Port Hempstead field available for all Dark Elves. Please jut show your Dark Elf card to the doorman for the V.I.P. treatment. They are always happy to stoke the fires for their visitors, no extra charge!
*evil grin*//

THERE'S AN ADVANCED CRAFTING HALL IN MOS EISLEY AND A ROFIREIN TEMPLE??? *kicks a few Jawa out of the way as he runs over and throws himself up on the back of his Dewback... he sets out heading west towards the two setting suns*

ok, since nobody else seems to be willing to say it.....If you need to buff yourself to craft, your doing it wrong.
