A missive goes throughout the kingdom of Trelania, and to her allies (Brelin, Ulgrid and Erylin) summoning known dignitaries and friends of the kingdom:
"Be it known that this Crown, Queen Mouring, summons those who are faithful and friendly to help us celebrate life. The life of this kingdom that has been upheld and defended by Commander Jennara Creekskipper, Heart of the Dragon. She is hereby declared Hero to the Realm and we give a gala in her honor, an award ceremony to preceed the feast and dancing. Further more, We declare that on this day, no trade and no work shall be completed, for the Kingdom celebrates with Us."
