I was leasing a house in Haft Lake that was purchased for 175k, it was one of the mid-size cabins. I just purchased my first house at 224 Haft Lake for 200k, which is one step in exterior size above that and they have the exact same floor plan.. O.o Why did I pay more for the same? LOL.
-
Wait till you learn that the halfing like ones that cost 140 k has exactly the same design... It seems that the exterior counts as well as the interior regarding the price.
-
Seriously??
-
Ah but think about this! The 'cheaper' houses with the same floor plan are also 'cheaper' to remodel!
-
Disclaimer: Remodelling costs are based on the original price and the amount of change being asked for. Prices may vary.
-
Seriously. The way the exterior looks is a factor in the pricing.
-
Hmm... Guess its my bad for not researching. Frankly I could care less what the exterior looks like. Do the remodels of the interior seriously cost more too?
-
Yes. That is, if you want to alter the tileset/layout. Just adding furniture, while you must pay the cost for the furniture, is not part of a remodel cost.

Ok... Very good. Thanks for the info.

Houses are expensive, both in True and time investment. Which is why people should stay at the Arms. ;)

That is the worse slander publicity I have seen in long time.
Keep the good work Milty.. *grins*

LOL.. I have a room there too...
