You can go in, but you can't get out the way you came.

Reproducible: yep, even gimli came in to try and got stuck there

Confirmed, but I'm sure it's a temporary glitch.

Nothing has changed in over a month and I'm pretty sure people used that very transition earlier today. It'll likely be cleared when the server gets restarted next.

I did have a quest there, however everyone left the area just fine. I left the setup in place showing that the cave is still in the process of healing itself. I do not remember if I used the destroy tool near the transition or not, but its a possibility.

The transition is working fine.
