Title: Bank Chests at Tilmar - Creedo

Description: Bank Chests at Tilmar - Creedo are locked, save for one that is unlocked. Would be nice to have them all unlocked as to avoid confusion.

 Location: Tilmar - Creedo Interiors (Bank) / Central
 
 Verified: N/A
 
 Reproducable: This has been so after server resets, so I would say yes.

Did you try standing closer to them before attempting to open?  I think this is an intended behavior.

I just tested them in-game and they open fine.
