Title: Sacred Fist and armor?

Greetings all!
Having gone through LORE quiet a few times and using the search function as well i have found no answer to this question. As i see it, the S. F. has no armor restrictions? It would make sense, cause Sacred Fists have no inherent AC bonus like monks. I´m just confused, cause the PrC-pack permits the S.F from wearing medium or heavy armor, but grants her a plus to AC on certain levels.

There are no armor restrictions for Layo's version of the Sacred Fist. The only requirement is to shun the use of weapons other than your fists.
