Description: The tileset is broken in Arindor's Demise. I'm rather annoyed at this because not only is it broken, it's broken on a trap, which means you get stuck just as you start to get hit, and have no means of retreat. DarthirĂ¢e not only died here, but lost her first soul strand, after being hit multiple times by a trap that eventually blew through her elemental protection.
Sometimes it causes the client to crash as well.
Location: In the first vampire level, try to walk down the corridor to the room leading to the next level.

This particular tileset has had a known issue for a while, but unfortunately our general tileset expertise is rather low. That said, one of our team apparently has a fix for it and it will go in with the next update (hopefully).
Sorry this has caused you problems. We surely would not intentionally put a trap over a tileset bug like that. In the mean time, if you get stuck in this way again on any other area with the same tileset, it typically releases you if you keep moving forward or backward.

Thanks Dorg. And special thanks to whoever was able to fix the tileset. I can't go the regular reimbursement route, since while I have witnesses and logs, I have no GM witness, and I'd rather not waste a Graceful Plea since you get only three and this is DarthirĂ¢e's first SS loss.
But it's good to know other people won't get hit by it in the future.

I suggest you read the policy more closely. It's a confirmed bug, so it's eligible on those grounds without using a GP. GM witnessing is really not even a factor anymore, as we've reduced that to "GM mistakes" only.
Module/Spawn bugs: As has been the case for many years, Soul Strand losses due to bugs in the module, inappropriately designed or placed spawns or similar mechanical errors, oversights or other errors on the fault of the development staff are reimbursable. The GM Team remains the final authority on what is and is not a bug that fits this category. Bugs related to Bioware issues and problems are not reimbursable under this category.

Thanks, Dorg, as usual, you're right. I did miss the subtle policy change. I've filed a request for reimbursement through the correct channel, in the old format.
