Are you Kidding? In America we get the feats "Heavy Drinker" and "Gambling Addict" at age 21... but you lose those feats (and some brain cells) over the next year... or you don't and ... errr... Anyway.... *shifty*

I took the drinking feat at 15, I had a high con stat. I never did take the Gambling Addict feat, didn't see the point.
